LEAD PASTORS

Peter and Del Findlay

Peter and Del Findlay have been leading churches and planting new ones for over 35 years. 

Their heartfelt desire is to see people come to know God; to find freedom in their lives; to discover their greatest purpose and to make a difference in the world.  

Peter and Del love living in Toowoomba, Qld.  They are blessed with 5 children and now 16 grandchildren.

Church Location

We’re located conveniently in the heart of Toowoomba CBD at 7 Neil St.  There is plenty of street parking nearby as well as other free, off street carparking on Sundays. Some car parking also available in Becker Lane directly behind Lifestream.

Our Beliefs

We share a set of beliefs based on Scriptures and our shared experience of God. It’s important to note, however, that you don’t have to believe everything in order to belong to our church, or to connect with God!

  • We believe in one God, who exists in three Persons — the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. He is loving, holy and just. He created the World we live in, and He desires to have personal fellowship with us.

  • We believe that Jesus Christ is both God and Man. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He led a sinless life, took all our sins upon Himself, died and rose again. Today, He is seated at the right hand of the Father as our High Priest and Mediator.

  • We believe the Holy Spirit is our Comforter. He guides us in all areas of our lives. He empowers us with spiritual gifts and enables us to live effectively in this life.

  • We believe the Bible is God’s Word. It is inspired and accurate in its original languages. It is our perfect guide in all matters of life.

  • We believe that sin has separated us all from God, and that only through Jesus Christ can we be reconciled to God. Only then can we achieve the full potential God created us for.

  • We believe salvation is the gift of God to man. This gift is made available to us by God’s grace as a result of trusting in Jesus Christ. It enables us to do what is pleasing to God.

  • We believe that Jesus Christ is coming back again just as He promised.
